GUARANTEE: We stand behind our mailboxes and will cheerfully refund money for any mailbox a customer is not satisfied with. However, if your item has been customized (i.e. with a door number or any addition to original pattern) then we need to charge you a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged. Before returning a mailbox, please call or email for a return authorization number and return instuctions.. Packages returned without this number cannot be accepted. All claims for missing, damaged, or defective mailboxes must be made within 10 working days of receiving them. Mailboxes returned will be credited to your account if in salable condition.
CATALOGS: sandrasdecor.com does not have a print catalog. We have new items constantly, so anything we compile would be obsolete before it was even printed.
